Today I was reminded of the Ten Commandments, in particular the very first one. I believe to deepen our faith, we need to regularly self-assess to check to see if we are truly obeying the Lord’s word. God didn’t just propose the Ten Commandments as possible guidelines for us to consider. We are to make them a part of our life. Some of these may be easier than others for us to implement. Today I suggest a question to ask ourselves about one of the commandments. I think we also need to ask Jesus this same question about ourselves. It’s a very important question.
