Good Morning, Friends!
The sun is rising. It’s a good day to rejoice. As I sat with the Lord this morning, dumping my concerns onto Him, He reminded me that there are so many things to be grateful for. He reminded me we need to focus on the good stuff. He reminded me that Jesus still sits on the throne. He’s in control. Friends. Jesus is in control.
Today, as believers in Jesus Christ, let us start our day by filling our minds with His word, His truth. His Word says in Philippians 4:8 that we are to think about whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
I know one thing, starting my day thinking about all that Jesus has done for me has filled me with awe and restored my soul. Friends, Jesus wants us to focus on things that are lovely and praiseworthy. I love sunrises and soon the sun will be rising. Praise Jesus the sun is rising and the world is being filled with His LIGHT! Jesus reigns over all. He’s beautiful, lovely, and praiseworthy. Let us praise Jesus and fill our minds with all the good stuff today.
