What Can Separates Us From the Love of Jesus or One Another?

In this time of sickness and brokenness in the world, what can separate us from the love of Jesus? Nothing. Not one single thing. In this trying time in the world, what can separate us from the love of our friends and family? Nothing.

I want to remind everyone that nothing can separate us from Jesus or from one another. We have a powerful God who loves us, sees us, and is for us. Together, in love, we will not be separated.

United We Stand

When we stand together, supporting one another, being kind, patient, full of compassion for one another, nothing can separate us.

As the world throws hardship at us trying to separate us from one another and from our God, we can become discouraged, weak, and frazzled. We can begin to think that maybe Jesus doesn’t love us because the world is shaking right now.

Good News

But today, I want to share good news, there’s nothing that can separate us from Jesus and His love for us. The world wants to separate us, confine us, and restrict us, but Jesus never wants to separate or imprison us. He wants to free us. He wants us to live freely in His love too. 

“So now I live with the confidence that there is nothing in the universe with the power to separate us from God’s love. I’m convinced that His love will triumph over death, life’s troubles, fallen angels, or dark rulers in the heavens. There is nothing in our present or future circumstances that can weaken His love. There is no power above us or beneath us—no power that could ever be found in the universe that can distance us from God’s passionate love, which is lavished upon us through our Lord Jesus, the Anointed One!”

Friends, not even Covid can distance us from God’s passionate love.

Power of Jesus’ Love

Therefore, while the world wants us to distance and separate from one another, I encourage you to allow the love of Jesus to pour right into you and through you. Allow Jesus’ love to penetrate into your world, your life, and let it flow through to those Jesus has put in your life.

Nothing can stop the flow of love. Nothing can truly separate us from one another or from Jesus.  My friends, today more than ever, let us each seek Jesus. Ask Him to lavish us with His love so that we can lavish love upon others.

Jesus mighty love is what has the power to unite. Jesus mighty love gives us the power to come together, stand firm, and rejoice that nothing in this world is going to stop Him from fulfilling His purpose. 

We get to rejoice. We get to unite. We get to smile at one another and share His love. We get to live freely. We just get to because Jesus is God and this world is not. 

No ruler, no government, no medical establishment, no law, no diagnosis, no hardship can ever dictate or change the truth that Jesus sets us free and His love is abundant. 

Jesus is watching us, friends. We need to spread His love. What if we spread love faster than Covid spreads? How many lives can you personally touch today to spread the love of Jesus?

Now more than ever, let us love one another. Let us spread the good news of Jesus. Let us be full of His love, His life, His freedom. Let us not waver. Let us not be weak. Let us stand together in love and help one another. Let us spread the love of Jesus.

Pray with Me

Heavenly Father, oh how we need Your love. We need You, Jesus. Holy Spirit pour love into us, lavish us with Heavenly love. Surround us and protect us from the inflicting negative thoughts that want to destroy us. 

Jesus, we come to You and ask that You would lift us up this day. Don’t let us be separated from You or one another. This world is trying to separate us. Father, we need You. We need Your love. We need strength to endure right now. Fill us up with love. Overflow in us, so that we can love like You. 

Help us to be brave, stand firm, and stand together. Help us to believe Your Word. Help us to live with confidence that nothing can separate us. Show us how to live right now, right here, in the right way. May we live and love like You want us to. 

Jesus, we bow before You today seeking You, Your love, and Your help. We believe in You. We are Your children. We come to You this day and ask that You would reveal Yourself to us in a mighty way. 

We thank you for Your love, for freedom in You, for the good news that nothing can separate us from You or one another. Help us to spread Your love.

Together we stand united in love in Your mighty name:  Jesus!
